Firewall ports to open for Cisco TelePresence SX series

For IP based H.323 calling between SX series: The following ports are applicable for conference between SX series Cisco TelePresence only.

TCP 1720For H.323, H.225 call setup (Bi-directional)
UDP 2326 to 2485For RTP Audio (Bi-directional)
For RTP Video (Bi-directional)
For RTCP Control information (Bi-directional)
UDP 1718For Gatekeeper discovery (Bi-directional), only if you have Gatekeeper otherwise no need to open this port.
UDP 1719For Gatekeeper RAS (Bi-directional), only if you have Gatekeeper otherwise no need to open this port
UDP 5555 to 5574For H.245 dynamic (Bi-directional). Refer below picture, if you have set as Dynamic for Port allocation in H.323 configuration.
Keep these ports opened even if you set as Static, because the other end party may set as Dynamic.
UDP 11000 to 65535For H.245 dynamic (Bi-directional). Refer below picture, if you have set as Static for Port allocation in H.323 configuration.
Keep these ports opened even if you set as Dynamic, because the other end party may set as Static.

Important note: If the other party uses MXP series TelePresence, then the ports differ, for example RTP media ports for MXP series are UDP 46000-49000 and not 2326-2485. So you need to know about the other party equipment to open the required ports in the firewall.
